Do I need a permit to clear land?
In North and South Carolina, it is only necessary to get a permit if clearing, grading, and/or excavating activities that disturb between 1.0 acres and 2.0 acres.
Do I have to be at the onsite while the work is being performed?
While we prefer that the customer is present, we understand that not everyone has time to be on location. As long as we have a direct line of communication it should not be a problem.
What are the rates of your services?
Rates can change depending on many variables. Best and quickest way is to schedule a quote. You can get a quote by Calling or pressing the “Get Quote” button on the home screen.
I need a property cleared, where do I start?
First get a project plan, what service will you need. You can find detailed descriptions on services we provide in the “Services” tab.
I don’t have time to schedule and meet for a quote. Is there another way?
If you know exactly what you want, we recommend you take detailed pictures and measurements of the property. Main focus should be on Area in square feet, Slope of the property, and project details that can be submitted at the “Get Quote” button on the home page.
Can any property have excavation, clearing or be leveled?
